I came in today around 1:30. I came waiting On my mom to drive a hour and a half to pick me up because my boyfriend just broke... up with me and kicked me out. I was at a all time low. I was having thoughts that I?d be better off dead. I was sitting hereeating my food and praying to God that he?d just give me a sign that he?s there. That I?m loved and that someone cares about me.Just send me someone while I was in here to let me know everything is gonna be okay. I told God that if I leave here and haven?tgotten a sign that I was going to take my life tonight. I know that?s selfish. But I was so lost and didn?t know what to do. Iwas just sitting here waiting on my mom to get here and a guy named tim that works here came up to me and offered to take mytray and refill my drink. When he came back with my drink he told me god bless you. And that someone loves me and to have ablessed day. That is what I needed. It?s because of Tim that I?m still here right now. Not happy today is Tuesday 7/20/22 @ 8:20 my wife and I went to the drive through at Chick fil a on in Town Lake and my fries... were not even half full. They also did not provide me with straws for my 2 drinks. You guys are usually always on top of thingsbut very disappointed today. Read more
1st time disappointed with food. Ordered large meal an 8piece chicken nuggets.... the bottom of my large fries was fill with the... broken pieces of fries! I could understand a little, but this amount was more than a little! Read more
This location closes early on a Saturday night unlike any other Chick-fil-A around. Driving up to the drive thru at 9:30 just to... see the people working in there throwing food and goofing off. This is ridiculous. Very disappointed in this location. Iunderstand if you have to close sooner because of staffing but it isn't alright for the employees to be playing when they aresupposed to be working. Read more
I could not be more disappointed with my visit today. The lady at the drive thru did not know how to take an order. I had to... repeat myself five times. You could hear audible huffs and puffs over the microphone. I have never experienced worst customerservice at a Chick-Fil-A in my life. My fries were SO soggy. They were practically inedible. I love Chick-fil-A, and I usually never have a bad experience. But this location generally never fills the fries completely. I... used to work at Chick-fil-A, specifically in the kitchen, and I know for a fact that the amount I keep getting, is not how it?ssupposed to be. I should not be paying for a large and constantly receiving a medium fry. It doesn?t help that they put yoursauces on top so you don?t even notice until you?re home. Read more
Milkshakes are not filled up, no whip cream yet cost 3$ extra to substitute. Meanwhile a different shake is advertised online... in a bigger cup with whipped cream. I don?t mind a smaller size but why the 3$ charge for a tiny kids cup when my normal drinkwas a medium? Why advertise a photo when we get something else? For the record we have ordered it on its own and still receivea tiny cup. You can see it?s 3/4 full in the photo. I also asked if salsa was in the bag for a burrito was reassured only tofind it wasn?t- I asked because this was the third time I didn?t receive it. Now they are lying too. Amazing! Read more
