Last week when I visited, the dining room was closed, so it's drive thru service only (that may have changed, but it seems like... the closure is due to a labor shortage). The cashier that took my order was very nice, though she seemed to be fairly confused;I ordered ahead of time online, and then added to my order once I arrived. Through patience we were able to sort it out. As forthe food, Captain D's consistently has the best fish & chips, and dare I say it they're usually better than the places you wouldspend upwards of $18 for a lesser meal. Read more

Went there today for lunch the one lady is always nice and helpful when I am there however I can't say much for the other older... lady (blonde with pink in her hair) I have witnessed her being rude and today she was complaining about another employee thatworks there which I think is inappropriate at anytime but even more inappropriate when customers are in the restaurant. If sheis that unhappy with her job maybe she should quit instead of just talking about it. Food was decent but may be a while before Iback after today. Read more
