Always issues with this location. Went yesterday at 4pm and found out (the hard way) that they close at 3PM even though that's... not what their website says. Silly little hand-written paper sign on their drive thru speaker. Very unprofessional. Needless tosay, I will not be returning to this location especially after the extremely poor customer service I experienced after the lasttime I visited. They were out of wings, I had my taste buds set on wings and they were out of sweet potato pies also. Well, I should've drove... out but I said I wanted a chicken sandwich. I could only remember the Bo'part but when I said fried the cashier was like theSouthern chicken sandwich. Long story short, that wasn't the one I like. I'm a person on the go on my days off so I was hungryand picked over the whole sandwich. Dined here on a last minute decision due to the proximity of the nearby shopping. Dining area is very clean and roomy, mostly... setup like family style dining booths and tables. Had to try their "Famous" biscuits, which was delicious and not dry comparedto some other restaurants. Very friendly and efficient service. The manager on duty ensured that the food being served was aboveand beyond expectations. This kind of customer service is great to experience with the good quality level of food. Read more
Staff is amazing, led by a great manager! I come in several times a week. When the credit card machine was offline, the staff... offered to buy my lunch. It turns out credit cards worked on the app so I did that...This Bo's team is a model team! Also, thebig difference between the Bo's in Woodstock and Popeyes is consistency. Every meal every time at Bo's is great. At Popeyes,it's chicken roulette. One day might be good and the next is awful. Read more
I recently tried using some local coupons that a high school gave out this year. Upon my first experience I walked inside to... talk to a cashier to make sure they honored the coupons. She yanked the card out of my hand and told me 'let me look at itnow!" She looked at it and told me it was expired. I looked at the coupon and asked her if this was 2020 and she said no. Shefinally apologized and asked for my order. I assumed she was tired and just left. My second attempt was just as worse. I usedthe drive through. The man took my order and I informed him at this time I was using a coupon. He acknowledged the coupon andtold me to pull forward for my total. He told me it was $8.51 with the discount. I asked him why and he said it was because Ibought a drink as well. They were only 2.99 a piece and plus my drink. My order should have been 5.52. Not only did he NOTgive me the discount he took my coupon as well. I included pictures of the receipt and the coupon. UPDATE: Franchise ownercalled me and told me that the coupons I had were fake. Didn't know highschool fundraisers were fake. She actually left avoicemail about how they were fake and asking where I happened to get that from... She said she would send me some 'real'coupons. Clean, nice location, quiet, friendly, well kept, one of the nicest Bojangles' I've encountered. Food was good for fast food... fair. Outdoor seating available. Well done. Read more
Customer service here is extremely sub par. Went through the drive through at 2:50 pm and saw that they were closing at three... from a Microsoft Word Calibiri font typed piece of paper taped to the ordering box. We asked to place two separate orders andimmediately the person working the drive through explicitly said ?Huh?? Tone of voice and attitude is a huge part of customerservice and today customer service was greatly lacking. Once at the window we paid for the orders and were asked to pull into aparking space. From the time we arrived at the window at 2:55pm until we received our food was 20 minutes. Luckily, the food waswarm however we are just overall very disappointed with customer service.
