Well, everything time I go to this location I have a bad experiment. Today the manager had a attitude with me. I told him that... I felt like he had a little attitude. He was like never that ma'am. I was like ok. But I don't think he like the fact I had acoupon that they put out, for people to come to eat their food. So wow, why do they put the coupons out if they don't want youto use them. So what really made me upset was he had me wait on my food for a good minute and they was smiling and otherpeople faces giving them they food, and taking more orders also giving these people food. When I got my food it was not hot.So if I had to wait, why was my food not hot. My food should have been hot, not in between, warm!!! So when he saw me get backin line and he was flirted with a lady in front of me for a good minute. He was like, oh ma'ma we was on our way to give it toyou and you was in line. So someone please make it make sense to me. If I had to wait, why was my food nor was my son's foodhot. Make it make sense to me.!!! So I decided to stop going to this Arby's because of that. The people that work there are not very nice. So people need to start seeing that customer service and the better the customer service is the better yourcustomers will act. Some time ago, I had stopped going to this location. But, I was there yesterday for lunch (around 2pm, I think). Young staff,... but they were very fast and the food was right on. So, it's back on my list of places to eat. Way to turn it around! Read more
This Arby's does not get a lot of business. Not sure why. The grounds look nice. The inside was clean and the staff were polite... and attentive. Our food was hot and prepared nicely. I enjoyed it. Might be location that has this store so empty but it waslovely. I will go back. Read more
It?s been decades since I been to Arby?s. One location was closed lol. This location was found heading home. Thank God they was... opened inside that day. I assume was just sandwiches ????. Stopped to get a quick bite before heading to a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater .. food was cold especially the curly fries... and my Beef 'n Cheddar had very little cheese sauce and too much Arby's sauce which made it tasted nasty .. seemed like it wasdone in a hurry and quality was sacrificed and we pulled up to the drive-thru with no wait .. bought the 2 for $6 sandwich dealand sadly trashed the second sandwich when I got home Read more
Make sure your food Temps are what they are supposed to be not just checking Temps in morning but consistent through out... daytemps of roastbeef should be at least 140° Read more
