Cashier was & still is rude. Portion sizes shrunk. Cooks are new & incompetent. Store manager is great, but needs quality help.
Drove thru and ordered a ruben sandwich. I have to say they have always been pretty good. Today was the absolute worst I have... ever had. About 20% of the beef was nothing but thick fat and grissel. This is something that should be seen as the sandwich isbeing made and not put on it period. I don't care if its a fast food place or not, they are not very fast there anyway. The younger guy working the drive thru around 1pm on Thursday was so friendly, respectful and happy. I had my mom on the car... speaker phone while I was ordering and she was even impressed by his customer service. He had a smile on his face and wasworking hard. Make sure you value him and strive for that type of employee. Food was good too! Read more

Drive-thru line moved pretty slow but staff was friendly. It really went downhill when there was a mistake on my order. I went... in to to explain the error which they offered to correct. I then had to listen to the food prepper loudly complain about I justhave to wait and I should go home and make my own f*ing sandwich. Very unprofessional. Read more
Had their chicken sandwich ???? it was huge, full of chicken with ranch, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese ! Very tasty and just the... sandwich alone filled me up! Great Arby's in Woodstock ,Ga. Highly recommend! Read more
I'm the only one in the drive thru, I order one sandwich and I'm asked to pull forward. I ask why and this guy gets a very... aggressive tone and says "because I asked you to". In response to his horrible tone to me (a customer) I say no, I'm not moving.This guy then proceeds to threaten me with calling the police! Again, I'm the only one in the drive thru! Amazing. Why did hewant me to move so bad?? Not only that but he looked a little sick and unsanitary with his mask hanging off his chin like in thepicture. Probably won't be back for a long time. An area manager helped with the order for my uncle and his friend in a seniors home... they loved the roast beef sandwiches and... turnovers... plus the manager presented coupons for future use, nice ???? Read more
