If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager in the back is insanely rude to customers. His first line of defense at any crumb... of a problem is either to yell at you, kick you out, or threaten to call the cops. The issues are normally just everyday issuesa subway store would encounter such as, asking for more veggies/cheese, using a coupon, etc. But he manages to choose the worstway to respond to every situation and the female employee in the front never knows how to solve any issue herself and alwayscalls him for assistance. If you could avoid this subway franchise, please do. It?ll be the worst experience of your life ifthe man the back leaves his den. Trust all the other numerous 1 star reviews and AVOID AT ALL COST. I literally would ratherdrive another 10 min to elmhurst if I really wanted subway that badly. Read more

It's like most any other Subway, so you won't be surprised. I'm giving it 5 stars (relative to other fast food places) because I... live in the neighborhood and come in a fair amount and the owner is always courteous and proud of his business. Always great tosee that! Read more

Asked the lady for double cheese and they added it like I was begging for free cheese. When I pointed out in a very nice and... polite way the manager step in and tell me that if I do not like it I can just leave. I then tell the manager that the way heresponded was not very polite and he responded that what he wanted was for me to leave the store because he saw me take apicture of the bread. What amaze me is that instead of just accepting that the portion was not fair if I was paying for doublecheese he decided to throw me out of the store I front of my child who I wanted to show that if you are polite all things canget easily fixed but instead he humiliated me and made me feel less than trash.
