Order around $50worth of food for the family to eat while watching one of my son's baseball games. Went through the drive thru,... and guess what, common sense would tell any normal person to put silverware in with a drive thru order. We got no silverware.And we were not going to leave in the middle of a game. They said they don't hand out silverware unless requested. Avoid thisplace, common sense doesn't seem to exist over the few cents they save by not giving out what you need to eat with. Read more
Greasy chicken, old dryed out biscuits. Watered down mashed potatoes..we received last night gross !
We stopped last night about 7pm at the drive thru in Woodsfield, OH to order the 8 piece family meal. We were told they were out... of some regular pieces, so we took crispy. I figured they were under staffed and over whelmed and that our meal would be farless than perfect live so many things in these Covid times. I was wrong. This place deserves a zero for serving the most god awful food I?ve ever paid for, my orders are never correct staff is rude &... nothing is ever warm, always served cold. Read more
If I could they would recieve zero stars because the food is gross and usually never hot which I feel is unacceptable for the... amount of employees on the clock. And my order has NEVER been correct any of the multiple times I've been a customer. I feelthey dont lack staff but lack proper management. Too many people doing nothing. Read more
Very friendly staff. We had our little grandsons with us and they brought our food to our table instead of just yelling our... number. Than I ordered biscuits to take home ans the cashier put butter and honey in the bag and brought it to us. Very clean.Someone was already cleaning our table while we were walking out the door. The bathrooms were clean as well. Read more
I arrived at the Woodsfield KFC at 7:20 PM 08/21/16. I had to wait till 7:30 PM to get to the dive-up to place my order. After... waiting in line another 25 minutes I pulled up to the window to get my food. And I sat there another 10 minutes [8:05 PM] beforethey open the window and told me that they were out of chicken! They knew 35 minutes before I ever got the the window that theywere out of chicken!!!!!!! THIS KFC SUCKS!!!!! And this is NOT the first time these idiots have pulled this Crap!!! Someone atKFC needs to clean house or close this store!!!! THANK GOD McDONALD'S WAS OPEN so I did get to get something to eat!!! Read more
