Really disappointed. I saw the 2k+ reviews with a 4 star rating, so I was excited to try Lorena?s. I?m sad that the food was... awful. The food was bland, no flavor. It was obvious nothing was fresh. Not sure about the bad reviews I'm reading here however I have been a few times because it's close to my work. I'm honestly... impressed. The food portions for the cost are affordable and will fill you up. The food tastes great and the staff is nice andattentive. My conclusion is some of these people leaving bad reviews expect to be pampered and are easily offended byeverything. I will definitely go have lunch here again. Read more
The amount of food is ridiculous they give you a lot but the food is the nastiest food I?ve ever eaten? The chicken taste like... tuna, the rice is hard/dried and the beans taste like beef?. The red sauce dip is nasty and the chips are really the only goodthing here too eat but it cost for chip refills?. Fantastic food. Had beef smother chimichangas and guacamole, pico and sopapillas and jalapeno poppers
All time favorite Mexican restaurant. Beautiful decor, friendly service and the best tasting Mexican food I've ever had. I take... my whole family, we always get their Smothered bean and cheese burritos, but their chimichangas and tacos are amazing too. Read more
Massive portions of ?American Mexican meals?. You pay up front Food-the food quality was okay. If you like American Mexican... food it?s pretty good, but it?s not too authentic. Be aware the smothered burrito is smothered. So much sauce and beans. I hadthe small lunch combo and the tostada was drenched and not able to be picked up. The tortillas seemed homemade, but they werestale. Lunch experience-it was quick and efficient. The lunch special was giant. I had the small combo and it was more thanenough for 2 meals. Read more
They don't even deserve 1 star, maybe decade ago, they we're good, now they are horrible...went inside to dine, Wednesday night,... not busy. Got our food, ugh! Gross! See pictures...I took two bites and yuck ???? (smothered burrito with cheese). Husband gotthe "Mexican Steak", looked like a huge piece of beef jerky. The manager this evening told me, "We don't give refunds or anytype of discount here!" Wow! Really I said and she said, "Really, no matter what you think of our food, no matter how much youeat, you will pay in for it in full!" I have never ever had this situation happen in my life ever!! I even offered to pay forthe chip's and dip. She said "NO, you will pay in full!!" Paid and left angry and hungry... Never coming here again!! I do not understand how this place has 4 stars. I don't understand! Their food portions- fabulous. Lots of food, you could even... split the meal and still be full if you'd like. Their food is not tasty. Their "salsa" is in a ketchup looking bottle. Verydisgusting. Not fresh at all. I'm sure this place once had good food but it no longer has it. They won't serve you water unlessasked? They have a 1 complimentary refill for sodas. Ridiculous Take your money elsewhere. Read more
