If wish I could give this Dunkin 0 stars. I order a drink with less ice, and this is what I get. A large cup, 3/4 of the way... full, and full of ice. This happens every single time, at this Dunkin only. This is unacceptable. When I asked the lady to fillthe drink to the top of the cup please, she informed me that all she?s be able to do is fill it up with more ice. As if thereisn?t already enough ice in the drink?!?!?! When you ask for light ice they don't fill your drink up all the way. I used to work at a dunkin and I never did this. Their... iced coffee tastes like its burned. I don't like confrontation. So I don't say anything. I'll just make my own at home where Iknow the coffee hasn't been sitting all day. Read more
The new girl they have there is horrible. 3 weeks, hasn't made a single cup of coffee right. Today I had to tell her 4 times it... wasn't right, she still f$#@'d it up. I dont have 30 minutes to spend trying to teach someone how to do their job so yet again, another cup in the trash. She is so bad I'm filing a complaint with corporate. Very well placed and designed really well to and in such a tight spot. They keep it really clean all around including the... bathrooms well at least the men's bathroom I did not look into the ladies bathroom. The menu is clear and visible and the item'sare very fresh and they had a really good selection for early afternoon. The sandwiches are made really great and fresh tasting.The ladies working were very polite and very fast. The service is great and I would recommend this Dunkin above others in thearea. Read more
This is by far one of the worse Dunkin? I?ve been to. It?s the closest to my house and I keep trying to give it a try because if... there is younger blonde girl she is amazing but I haven?t seen her in awhile now. This last experience was the final straw forme. I suggest drive to the next location. Not only are they rude but They always try to charge me extra for things that if Iordered through the app are free. Today I ordered one donut and a drink with oat milk. They charged me for two donuts and Ididn?t notice cause oatmilk is normally extra but I got my refund went to grab my drink and it?s regular milk. I?m lactoseintolerant so I can?t drink it I ask if it was made right and he wasn?t even nice when I asked just I didn?t hear you say thatdefensively. And they remade my drink but this time instead of the light ice I asked for 3/4 of the drink was ice. I live one 63rd Woodward in Downers Grove but I have to come to this Dunkin becuase the service is much better. People are nicer... and treat us well. Thank goodness uo for that. These workers are great Read more
