I'm giving 2 stars because the customer service is good , but the food is just ok, I ordered the Italian beef and it was by far... the worst Italian beef I've ever tried in my life , nothing about the Italian beef is home town Chicago style type of Italianbeef, it was like I ate an Italian beef out of a hotdog bun. Maybe it's because I'm use to real Chicago style Italian beefssorry doggie diner your beef is a 1 out of 10 scale. I also tried the gyro Burger because I didn't care for the Italian beefsandwich, gyro Burger would have been ok if they would actually add gyro meat to the gyro burger come on 2 peices of gyro meaton my burger I know you can do better than that, also shoe string fries are not the best they are like little chips that soaksup alot of grease if I want to eat unhealthy I want the best tasting calories as possible like thick cut french fries. OMG hands down my new favorite place. Staff is extremely friendly. Only thing better is the food. Had a burger at the... Bolingbrook location for lunch which made me get a gyro to bring home for dinner to share with the wife. I will be recommendingthis place often. Read more
Before I start, I just want to say that I agree with the the other reviewer that the guy taking the order absolutely sounds like... he's a radio host! On to the restaurant, if you want a greasy spoon place that feels like Chicago, but in the burbs, you mustgo to this place. The food is excellent (I tried the gyro and polish) and they give you a lot, especially the fries! As a frylover, I was very happy. The guys behind the counter, kudos to them for being so polite. You say you have delivery, but again I called for the 5th Friday in a row. The man says they do for today, I was thrilled.... Called back in an hour and the same man says you don't. This is not a way to run a business. If I was the manager, I'd be doinganything to get business. You lost a customer today. Read more
