They get 2 stars because the ice cream was good the tall boy with glasses so rude he ignored me while I stood first in line for... 10 minutes Sunday 8/21 @6:15. You can tell the shorter boy was new he slaved making ice cream & doing the registrar while thetall one with glasses stood there with his head down. He is so lazy his customer service is terrible & he offered absolutely nohelp for a new employee. Go home if your not there to work. The new employee was very nice and over worked while training. I have gone to this Cold Stone numerous times but I have always ordered inside the store. Last night we made a to go order and... it was a huge waste of MONEY! Our ice cream had hardly anything in it even though I PAID extra for double topping. I know peopleare cutting cost but for me to pay $11.00 for a cup because of extra toppings is ridiculous. We just had some ice cream from this location, and I knew the pecans were raunchy. I should've asked to change my flavor. Now... my stomach is EXTREMELY upset!!! We had to stop at the pharmacy to get something to settle my stomach, since we're not by myhouse. We will NEVER go to this location again!!! And if you go here, ask for fresh nuts!!! My birthday is in two days and my boyfriend and I were supposed to go on vacation and we had to cancel due to the virus... pandemic. Usually I go out and eat at my favorite sushi spot, and that?s closed down to. So my bf knows I LOVE cold stone and Ihad mentioned getting the midnight delight from there. We called and they didn?t have the size we wanted but Yusuf was so kindand accommodating, he went the extra mile to make my cake for me when there was only one other person working and they hadpeople coming in and out of the store. The service is always fast and friendly. Located in the shopping center off of Seven Bridges Dr. There are plenty of nearby... shops and eateries such as Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings. My absolute favorite ice cream. The quality of ice cream and ingredients are excellent. The combinations are endless so I... recommend choosing from their pre-made combinations. I haven't tried it but they also have shakes, cakes and cupcakes. The staffis always friendly and quick. It's always busy on the weekends.
