The worse customer service. Ordered curb side pick up, clicked the button informing I was there waiting. Received text 30 mins... later that pizza was ready, click the button that I was there, waited another 10 mins and went in to pick up the pizza myself. What's the purpose of curbside. Read more
Takes 30 minutes after you order online to pick up . They start making it once you get there. Why there's a pick up option if i... have to wait 30 minutes?? Not clean. After taking money from the customer you should wash your hands to touch the dough !!! Butthey don't know how to wash . Read more
Went to order a bulk order for our company for tomorrow. Called the store location to find out how they wanted me to order and... when since it was going to total 15 pizza's, numerous orders of wings, breadsticks, and sodas. We're 1.5 blocks from thislocation and have ordered from them numerous times in the past and spent thousands of $'s over the years. The Mgr (name beginswith T" would not provide any special pricing, (only the coupons on the site which are geared for families) and did not provideany service levels to assist with this order. I requested the owner's office number (it's a franchise) and they she provided tohang up on me. I then called back and requested the number again, and she was very rude and hung up on me again. This is a cheese crust pizza from this store. Regret spending 35 bucks all together to get this. Papa John's stop making ads and... work on your stores and employees. Big companies are such rip offs. Have some decency you are serving Human!!! Read more
Since there were only two people behind the counter, the young lady did the best she could kinda on her own. She was courteous,... attentive & working hard from counter, oven, boxing & back again. Pizza was a tad bit too oily/greasy, but it was hot when I gothome & my mom was content (that's what really mattered). Read more
I will never order from here again. I placed my order at 10:30 pm. The person who took my order told me the pizza would take 30... to 35 minutes to get here. The pizza still wasn?t here by 11:15 pm so I called back to find out how long it would be. I was toldthe pizza would be here in 30 minutes. I then asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Latia. She asked if I wanted to cancelmy order. I said that?s the only solution you have is to cancel the order after I waited all this time. She then, explained tome that the driver have six other people to go to because Papa John?s uses DoorDash. I canceled the order. Never again. I don?teven want to leave one star. Read more
I got a refund because I saw the lady make pizza without gloves and long fingernails. Then when she reached over the dough to... get the toppings her breast clothes went into the dough. I ask the young manager why? He stumbled over his words because hedidn't have an answer so he made up something that I did not understand. I am now turned off because if this is how pizza anddough for other things on menu is made, I just find it disgusting! Read more
The cinnamon pull aparts might be the best fast food dessert I've ever had. Ridiculous. Pizza and service were fine. Love the... local sports half off deal. Hadn't had PJ's pizza in years before this promotion. Read more
