This place has clearly gone downhill. The food is decent enough and the chef is nice The main problem is the poor service. We... never saw the waiter again after placing the order, when we didn't get drinks she would run away on purpose after grabbing anempty plate. Even the manager came over once and he asked how we were doing and we said we really needed some drinks. He alsoignored us. We had a terrible meal and they added an 18% tip to our bill. Never again! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered beef on sticks appetizer on Wednesday, they were dry, overcooked and... cremated. Beef jerky is juicier and more tender. Called them to let them know it was inedible. Spoke to Ronnie the manager.Brought them back and he acted as if he could care less. Refunded my money, no apology. You just lost a long time customer.Recommend some customer service skills and better chefs. Read more
Been here twice with a large group and we even managed to get the same chef! I?m sorry I don?t know his name he is so... entertaining. He really involves the audience and he listens to the crowd which helps him with his show. The food is great!Staff is very attentive and anyone will offer assistance if needed. Everyone is always professional and nice. I was skepticalbut after trying it out I recommend the red bean ice cream for dessert! You will be pleasantly surprised. Read more
