Our meal for 5 was over $200 with an appetizer and one shared dessert. I had a filet and asked for medium (hot pink and juicy)... but got well done (brown throughout and not juicy). They offered to fix it but I declined because we didn't have time to waitanother 20+ minutes for it to cook. The rack of lamb was good, salmon was just okay. It wasn't a bad meal, but for over $200 Iexpected better. This was the final, nice meal for our vacation and I left disappointed. The service was okay, the staff wasnice, but it seemed like after they delivered the overcooked steak they stopped trying and shifted their attention to theirother customers. We had to ask a couple times for our check because nobody was checking on us. They didn't offer us a freedessert, coffee or discount or anything. The atmosphere was spot on for a Swiss chalet. It was intimate and romantic... verynice. I don't think we'll go back the next time we're in town. There are better choices for less in the area. Read more

My husband and I went here on a date night. We both absolutely loved everything about Swiss Chalet. The atmosphere is wonderful,... charming, and quiet. The food is top notch. Some of the best food we've had in Colorado. We tried the Escargot appetizer, rackof lamb, and filet mignon. We will definitely be going back. We did hear that it is under contract to be sold by the end of theyear. Hopefully nothing about this place changes! Read more

My wife and I had a great time here tonight! Great cozy cabin feel, friendly staff, and great food. Not sure what was in the... soup of the day but it was an awesome hearty almost stew with beef pumpkin seeds and potatoes, I highly recommended it. Woulddefinitely come back again. Swiss Chalet is the best restaurant in Woodland Park. I've been super pleased with every meal that I've ever had there. The chef... is amazing! A very cute and reasonably priced fine dining option with well prepared traditional Swiss dishes. It's located in a quiet... setting in Woodland Park in a cozy cabin atmosphere. The food is well-prepared and staff is friendly. We ordered the cheesefondue ???? for a starter (tasty cheese but served with plain, cheap bread). All entrees come with the excellent house salad.For our main entrees we had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Pork Chop with Brie and a Lingonberry Glaze. Really a wonderful dinner tonight. The salad with house dressing was great. The schnitzel was extraordinary...I did ask for... more veggies because I'm cutting out carbs, but I'm sure the spaetzle was good for another diner. What a wonderful spot for dinner. Wife and I celebrated 20year anniversary here (April 19 2022) and we both just loved it. Great... staff and very generous portions.
