This is about the new location with the drive through. One Saturday I drove through, placed my order. There was 2 cars already... in front of me. To make the long story short. One drink took me 35 mins on the drive through. WHY?... Because people order andthen re-order more stuff and the pick up window making the people behind to wait much longer. I don't think is FAIR for the restof us who do things right. I believe that baristas at the pick up window SHOULD NOT accept extra orders out of respect of theother customers waiting in the drive through. 35 mins for a drink at the drive through is plain RIDICULOUS. Staff is so friendly, my order is always out quick, the new space (both indoor and outdoor) is great. I used to love to come... here to work, but they play VERY loud music (meaning people are talking louder to hear each other) which made it too noisy anddifficult. Bummer! Read more
THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE VALLEY! They are literally always sold out of everything, the online order ahead is a joke! I ordered... 10 mins before arriving and still had to wait an additional 10 mins just to get a latte. Expect to wait at least 20 mins in thedrive thru line. Some of the staff are completely unprofessional and will make you feel like an inconvenience to them justasking for a straw! Do better Starbucks this is ridiculous! Read more
I know Starbucks is supposed to be kinda noisy because it's busy. But this one is loud even by Starbucks standards. The music is... at a volume more suited to a bar or club depending on the song, and there's an obnoxiously loud fan above the patio door thatturns on whenever someone opens it. This is clearly intended as a drive thru location with the interior offered more as anafterthought. Not recommended if you're looking for a place to relax before or after work. The service was fast and friendly,however, and the drive thru line appeared to move quickly with nobody needing to come in to get their orders fixed or anything.So if you're just picking up and leaving this location will serve you well.
