I walked into Pressed in Woodland Hills a few weeks ago. Having worked retail in the past, I know what it?s like to deal with... customers all day, so I?m especially kind, and jovial. The Lady at the counter made me feel as if I was bothering her. Neverbothered to tell my Husband, and me about their promotion (mind you he?s a VIP Member). We noticed their promotion on our wayout, and turned to ask her about it. She said it was too late since she had already processed the order. She didn?t even try tomake it right. It was buy 4 juices get one free. I let it go, and decided to go back a couple days ago, but this time I orderedonline to avoid dealing with their rude staff, for longer than I needed to. The gentleman working that day had my order ready togo he was very kind, and professional (he?s the reason I?m giving them two stars). I had another errand to run before I wenthome, so he suggested I leave the juices in the fridge, and come back after. I agreed. When I returned, there was a femaleemployee who never was helping another customer. When she was done, not once did she look up to greet me. She kept her head downthe entire time, and finally told me she would help me that she would be with me soon. Luckily the nice male employee came outfrom the back to help me. Another customer walked-in, and the same female employee gave him horrible service. It?s as if she wasso miserable to be there, and was being bothered. Please give better customer service training. I refuse to give my business toa place that wont take time to find the right employees who could take care of customers, and at the very least be friendly.This all falls back on management. Read more

Everything was fine and dandy until i got injured and started ordering online and on three seperate occasions they send me small... size freezes while ive ordered large sizes, after emailing customer care and being ignored i am never coming back to pressed,they are literally stealing! Read more
First time going there service is fast and great the cashier guy was so nice and patient and when I made my order I handed out... the money to pay and he was so nice he gave it to me for free!!! The place is so nice and clean with great music! This is aperfect place to go and get your juices!! Recommend to everyone at the village to get!! Thank you for making my Friday ?????? Read more
This place has really great juice options, to put a nice spring in your step. I especially love that they have a juice "ice... cream" type machine, and you can put different add-ons it in, line nuts, etc. Really neat:) very expensive. Easily you can spend$25-$50 here. Read more
Used to go to Roebek's in the mall, until they became overpriced and eventually went out of business. After that, Pressed... Juicery became my go-to for lemon/ginger and tumerick shots, along with whatever bottled juices I may be feelin'. Recommendthem, for sure!!! ;-) Read more
One of my favorite healthy pleasures! I am (suprisingly) in love with the snickerdoodle freeze. I added fresh fruit & almonds... (yumm!). A light & healthy option on these hot (autumn) nights.
