Reviews for P.F. Chang's in Woodland Hills, CA
We had a very special graduation event. We were amazed by the customer services from the manager Ricardo, Kelly our server, and... the entire staff. What a fantastic experience and the food was delicious. Ricardo was very accommodating and even came inbefore his shift to check up that every detail was addressed and that our party was taken care of. His personality was amazingand he went above to make it a success. Our server Kelly was attentive, and very quick despite the number of people. It wastruly an amazing experience 10/10 and we will be definitely coming back. Thank you Ricardo, Kelly, and the team. Read more

I know this place could automatically be shunned as a shamelessly touristy Chinese Restaurant geared for clueless uninitiated,... but it holds it own with some classic signature dishes. Mongolian Beef, just get it. Even the Taiwanese order this upscaledversion with its Salty sweet goodness. The Spicy chicken. It's actually spicy. Deep fried and Crispy. Crispy Geen Beans. Goeswell with anu choice of proteins. Tempura crispy goodness. And yes the sushi offerings pass muster. The Kung Pao sushi rolland Shrimp Tempura Roll could easily pass in your regular old sushi joint. Read more
I haven't had PF Chang's in years and remembered how good it was. I somewhat wish it had stayed a memory. Statements are true,... quality of food here has gone down. And I mean, way down. Mongolian beef. Meat was the typical chewy beef you get from cheaperrestaurants. I put something in my mouth that was unidentifiable. I spit it out, wrapped it in a napkin, and tossed it outwithout further investigation. Hot and sour soup for some odd reason had a strong lemon flavor. It clashed and wasoff-putting. The ginger chicken was again cheap quality poultry. The broccoli wasn't bad through. Sause was flavorful. Thechicken wraps were ok. Nothing spectacular, but edible. Lettuce was fresh. The pork egg rolls were great. Unfortunately, theywere soggy by the time I got to eat them. Nothing a toaster oven can't fix. To wrap this up, this place went from pretty goodto, it's Ok, in my book. Though, with time, bad memories fade, this one may take a bit longer than others. Read more

This was our first , last and only time here. The services is terrible. We waiting 15 or so minutes before a waitress took our... drink order. Another 15 or so minutes to order appetizers and then after we finished out appetizers she came back and took ourorder. Spent almost 2 hours to eat a basic lunch. This place is over priced for the portion sizes. We didn't enjoy the serviceand the food is a basic twist on Chinese food. The only think that was actually delicious was the Mongolian beef. We won't comeback nor recommend this place is you've never been. There are so many great fusion restraunts around that have great food aswell as amazing service. Read more
The manager Ricardo was very helpful and accommodating. We ordered take out the evening before & it was over cooked, not... prepared properly like it usually is. We called to bring this to their attention and Ricardo made sure we got our order fresh &made to perfection and sat us in a cozy little section and continued check on us to make sure we were satisfied. And Happy weare. Thank you Ricardo for excellent customer service. Read more
