I got in at 9:40 pm they are running a dead closing shift with 3 employees I ask for a carrot juice she stares into my eyes and... said we are out of carrots, I could see the carrots but I noticed a clean carrot juice machine, if you have 3 guys to do nothinglate night don't clean that machine early so you won't have to lie to my face. the wait for ordering was kinda long considering i was the only customer at the line. the person at the counter appeared to be... daydreaming. i was looking at him and he was just staring at a blank space. he didnt acknowledge nor say anything to me. didntask for my name which eventually resulted in not knowing if the order on the counter was mine. the wait was long. 2 staff werebusy preparing the orders and washing the equipment used while the guy who took my order was just taking his sweet time. I ordered an Impossible Handwich and was instead given a regular pork sandwich. I was distracted and did not discover this until... a few bites in. As a vegetarian, my mind and body reacted in disgust as my body isn't even used to meat anymore. How careless ofthis employee. Update: I returned to the store where they apologized, gave a new sandwich and refund. Read more
Always quick service. Never too crowded, but that might be my luck at this location. I go to Jamba pretty often and this... location is 1 of my preferred spots. My drinks have always been pretty good, well blended, and not skimping on size ordered. Read more
Staff is friendy and fast. Recommend Strawberry Surfrider. Sweet, tart and cold for the California hot summer heat. I enjoy... using the app and getting coupons/discounts on specials. After getting enough points, you can get $3 off a smoothie. On yourbirthday you can get a free birthday smoothie. Read more
Busy location but the staff are on top of it. The staff were nice and location was clean. Enjoyed my smoothie!
Worst customer service this is the 3rd time that I go I got there at 9:20 last night they said they washed there juice machines... that's why they couldn't make any juice when it says they close at 10 there was 4 employees working doing nothing on therephones if you guys are not going to be selling at that point close earlier I'm wasting my time and gas.
