Unassuming from the outside and parked on Ventura Blvd. away from any competition, HOM serves up some classic Italian with their... own personal flair. A great selection of pastas, pizzas and more, the only minor complaint (thus not 5 stars) is that it’sslightly more pricey than other Italian eateries in the area… and they charge for bread.. I mean, for those prices, they canat least give a complimentary round of bread for the table. Food is delicious and the service was solid… Read more

Since our last visit, the seating in the dining room is much more comfortable. Happy to say the food and service were again... exceptional! All the dishes were exceptional. The tables are a little close together and it was quite noisy. Read more

Mammamìa! Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your nonna's quality cooking; but satisfying your hunger is very... achievable. The food here has a refreshing quality that would even make old Mona Lisa's clandestine grin turn to a full smile.Service was very nice with descriptive options and recommendations. Will definitely be returning as I now have an insatiablegustatory curiosity on what else is lurking on the menu. It's no wonder people kept trying to invade Rome, I would too withfood this good. Had the Caserecce, Tagliolini, and Linguini which were all excellent but the Caserecce was the clear winner ofthe gladiatorial games. Read more

Across the steed from my hotel, local. While it is a little pricey, everything is here, it's worth it! The pasta is homemade... and everything was fresh, the bread was warm and tasted like it just came out of the brick oven. Small place and pretty packed, the waiter spoke in Italian which made the atmosphere more distinct. Will definitely return and highly, highly recommend. Read more

The restaurant is nice. The staff is friendly. The food is meh. the Caesar salad looked like they seriously went to Ralphs and... bought a package of precut solid through some dressing on it. The tomato sauce on the pizza was missing something like garlicto give it some flavor. The calzone also need some prosciutto or pepperoni or something. Not bad but not going out of my to gothere.
