Reviews for Carl's Jr. in Woodland Hills, CA

WORST CARLS JR LOCATION IN HISTORY. Do you need napkins to wipe your hands and mouth? Bring your own. Need some ketchup, ranch,... or any dipping sauce for that matter? Bring your own. Oh and the only sodas they ever have is sprite and diet coke. Nasty. Ifyou want a charbroiled chicken club after 9 pm, make sure you go to a different location. This location never has anything theyare consistently running out of inventory. Staff are underpaid and just don't care and the manager seems to be in that sameboat. I'm sorry I don't write reviews for drive thru normally, however when you order 40 chicken stars with 4 large fries, youwould think there would be at least one ketchup packet or some kind of dipping sauce. Nope, because they ran out of inventory.Manager needs to step up and order enough stock to fulfill every order until the next shipment. Place is somewhat clean. Plentyof parking is probably the only upside. Get yourself a burrito at the Mexican spot they share a lot with! Read more

I'm not sure why I was charged 39¢ for a slice of onion on my Big Carl Sandwich.

The guy that works the night/midnight shift is extremely rude and unprofessional. Makes me HATE Carl's Jr all together.

Today my wife and I decided to go to Carl's Jr. and when we arrived the cash registers seemed to be off but there were no signs... or anything to let customers know that their machines in the dining area were down. The cashier who was working walked up to thecounter with a blank stare after saying hi and nothing else. I have worked at a few different food industry jobs and my manageralways tells me to greet the customer and ask how I can help them. This did not happen. I have dealt with this employee beforeand anytime she misunderstands or gets the order wrong she gives an attitude as if I was wrong to ask her to correct hermistake. With that said, I asked for a large drink with no ice and she put in the system small, when I told her I wanted largeshe told me "well I put it as small and you can get refills." then I explained I didn't want a small and offered to pay for thelarge as a new drink, and I was met with a sigh, an eyeroll and said "no just take the large" and added extra ice. As Ipreviously stated I have worked in the food industry and I know that any food establishment has a universal golden rule....DONOT EAT WHERE FOOD IS PREPARED!! This same employee not only ate where food was prepped she also removed her mask and wasn'twearing gloves. The designated area for eating for any food industry employee is either in the dining area or in a designatedarea away from food prep at the proper break time your manager gives....no matter the position you have this rule should not bebroken.. I will not return to this establishment for multiple reasons including health and safety code violations and justhorrible rude customer service....please consider the health and safety of your family and friends before going to thislocation. Horrible service, every Carl?s Jr. I?ve went to were good but this place, the service was horrible and the employees were... extremely rude and disrespectful. All I ordered was the Super Star combo and waited 25 minutes, they charged me 3x more then theprice it was supposed to be and then told me if I would like to cancel the order. The dude literally told us to leave when Ijust wanted to order something, and I was being very respectful. I understand if they were having a bad day but there was noneed to literally tell us leave and also charge us more then the price, until we told them many times then they brought it downto the price it was supposed to be.
