Love this place. Such a amazing new setup with there Halloween decor!!! The staff and new Manager were fantastic they took care... of all of us. I am very glad that Bowlero is open. When I walk into here they treat you like your family. Thank you everyonefor everything!!! If you want to have fun with your kids, family or friends. Staff was great and tried to help as best they could with a good attitude. Sadly their help was limited with some issues.... Buttons on the bowling interface were not fully working, some needed really hard presses while other buttons just didn?t work.Had issues twice with the lanes not bringing back out balls. Had issues twice with the lane glitching on the pin reset. Hadissues with the gutter balls getting stuck. Arcade was great and only one game wasn?t working which is fair as far as arcadesgo. Experience would have been a 4 star at a bowling alley where you pay $15-20. But for a bowling alley that charges $50 perperson, these issues were unacceptable. Staff was 5/5, experience with the equipment was 2/5. Hence the overall 3/5 stars Igive. Read more
I haven't been bowling in about 2yrs. Prices at other bowling locations are high but at Bowlero they have some pretty crazy good... deals! Every employee I interacted with there was friendly. Nicest bowling alley I?ve EVER BEEN TO. Most bowling alleys I?m use to people smoking cigarettes out back and getting drunk(at... least where I grew up). This is some NICE bowling. They got a damn painting of a deer in the corner. Worth the cost for a nicespot! Read more
It was fun and food was good but for myself and 4 kids it cost over $70 just to bowl one game. The arcade is pricey and prizes... are not good. Food was pricey too. If you don?t mind spending the $$ you?ll enjoy it. Read more
I never thought that dirty bowling alleys existed.....especially now that Covid exists. The table at my lane was very dirty with... food from the previous group. There was a liquid spilled on the floor beside the table. I grabbed napkins to clean the floorbecause I didn't want us to slip. All of the menus were dirty. The floor under the bowling ball return was extremely dirty. And the ball returns on the lanes next to us were all dirty too! I couldn't believe it! There was even an old duty french fryat the bottom of ours. I was shocked. The seat cushings of the couches on the walkway were dirty. When I noticed how dirty itwas, I didn't bother to take my group to ths arcade. The place seems to be run by kids. That might be the problem but notsure. (?) If I were the owner I'd jump all the way into this cleanliness issue. I went to the desk to ask someone to come cleanthe table. A guy comes over with a wrag and a stray bottle and with a few sprays and a random wipe of the table walksoff.....the table is still sticky and dirty in areas he didn't wipe. Waitress took waaaaaay too long to come take our order. Ihad to go get her. I asked her to bring cutlery. She forgot it. Mistakes happen. She was a sweetie. Because I knew she wasslow, I just went to the bar and got the cutlery. She should probably work a bit faster though. (?) Staff at desk was verykind. Music was great.
