This was my first time eating at Blu Jam Cafe and man, what a little gem. This place is amazing! Tons of outdoor seating, you... can order your food using their app and they bring it to you or go inside and order. The water comes with mint and lemon, whichwas great. The food was amazing. I had the French toast. It was super crispy and crunchy. The berries and vanilla sauce it camewith was tasty. Since it isn?t served with syrup it?s not too sweet. My husband had the hangover scramble and I had to steal hisbecause it was so good. I also had to take home a bottle of their hot sauce because it was delicious. Not Hollondaise sauce. Worst Benedict ever. Thick sour tasting yellow sauce and the potatoes had a burnt flavor. I asked for a... latte and got a cappuccino. Will not go here again. The table was dirty and wobbly, I had to ask them to clean it twice. Read more
They practice a contactless order. You just scan a qr code and order there. It works like a charm! Everything gets delivered to... your table in ~10 mins and the food is delicious! I only wish they had Google pay or PayPal option to pay for the online order(right now it's only a credit card). Afaik you can order with a waiter as well... Read more
I used to love Blu Jam. Great food, excellent service every visit BUT I went in this morning and all of the servers have been... let go. The new process is you walk in, order and pay then choose a table. They brought our food without utensils, there were 3tables that hadn't been cleaned. It was weird. I asked if there was new ownership and was told no. Sad. This place had all thethings. My $60 for two lattes, an orange juice, apple juice, omelet and chicken sandwich would be better spent elsewhere. If youdon't expect to be served at a restaurant, it will be great for you. Leo & Lily's and Peddler's fork down the road have greatservice staff and awesome food. Sadly, I'm not sure if I'll ever return to BJC. Read more
