The drive-through line was literally backed up out of their driveway onto the street, so we decided to go inside and order.... There's only 2 people making food for the drive-through line and only one person making food for the customers inside. We eachordered 2 tacos, and besides us, there's only about 6 people inside the restaurant and one of them was already eating theirfood, but it still took more than 15 minutes for them to make our orders and we ended up being late for a meeting even thoughyou would expect that you could go to Taco Bell and order 2 tacos and get on your way in a short period of time. Anti fast food. Incredibly SLOW. Lobby closed so you can?t fetch app orders except thru drive through.
This taco bell was remodeled recently and i was with my mom at the time. We saw the drive thru had a long line so we decided to... order inside. I wanted to see the inside since they remodeled it. At first glance, it looked fairly new. There was a machinewhere you can order and pay, but we decided to order the usual way by ordering through the cashier. The inside was ok. Lookedvery new, and it was the same taco bell. Just, with a few upgrades. We ordered 4 crunchy tacos and i noticed the new items. So iordered an extra burrito called "The double steak cheese burrito". It was a lot bigger than expected. Looked like a burrito froma taco wagon. Very cheesy and the steak was ok. It was just too much for me. Overall, i thought the new remodeled look lookedquite nice. My mom was complaining that the order took roughly half hour. But i told her they are probably busy. This location has gotten worse since they remodeled. Served me a meat item when I ordered a potato burrito, they say one price... at the ordering screen and then charge more at the window. This is the worst taco bell :( Read more
I don't think people realize drive thru is for fast service and small orders, when people make big orders and assume to be... served nicely after. while the workers are rushed so they can serve other customers as well the service that is provided is tobe expected make a small order fast and easy, everyone is happy move along, or if did not like the service put in an applicationfor a job there and make it better your self simple as that. Worst Taco Bell I?ve been too. The employees are so beyond slow. Constantly stopping work to talk to eachother. Physically... moving as slow as possible (and a few of them using loud vulgar language). Theres no reason why a small fast food order shouldtake 20+ minutes when the restaurant isn?t THAT busy. Avoid this location. Youll save time driving across town to the other TacoBell rather than going here. Read more
