Would give 3.5 They never answer the phone, Stop taking mobile orders way too early, they don?t except the buy one get one deal... and whenever I ask for extra sauce I never get it. they never answer the phone for the curbside . and they do not validate the offer to buy 2 subways and get one free. Why is the... offer in the app but they don't make it valid and I don't know why. Read more

I eat at this Subway at least 3 out of 5 days every week and the customer service I recieved on 9/18 @ 2:17 was horrible. I... eat the same thing everyday and it is always made the same way 8 pieces of Turkey and 4 pieces of bacon. If fact on the daybefore I had the samething and I watched the young lady make it because she was training. 8 pieces of Turkey and 4 bacon likealways. On 9/18 I got 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 pieces bacon and I had to ask for him to microwave it. I thought it was odd thatI only got 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 bacon, so I asked. The gentleman that was helping me said thats how they are made unless youask for double meat. I have never asked for double meat ever. He did add 2 more pieces of bacon but he had an attitude. When Iwent to pay it was more money then I have ever paid and it was less product. I questioned the price and his response is I don'tno what to tell you, I only make the sandwiches and not even looking at me. Like he was bothered with me. I asked to speake tothe manager and he said there wasn't one. I asked for who was in charge. I explained everyyhing to that gentleman and hisresponse was he charged you right. I asked how that could be when I've never paid that amount before and I have gooten more withbetter service. He told me If I wanted to bring in my other receipts I could. I could car less about the money it was thecustomer service that bothered me. I have been in customer service and upper management before and thats not how you treat orkeep loyal customers. Especially in times like now. They didn't even try to understand that something was not adding up. Theyjust wanted me gone. I will not return to that store. 100 thumbs down.???????? Read more

Asked for a club assuming it had bacon and no beef like any other club which should have been a simple fix but the sandwich... maker was rude and nasty and treated me horrible because I didn't know that their club was different. I will not return to thislocation just to be treated badly! Oh manager on duty stood and listened to sandwich maker attitude and did nothing! Read more

The breads were soft and fresh. The two ladies working were extremely pleasant and friendly. When they found out we were from... out of town and spending the weekend celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a plate of cookies to take with us.Nice to see real customer service! :-) Read more
