I like their sandwiches but Woodland location have issues and their customer service sucks!! The top 3 issues that they can't... fix and need a rehaul are (1) Only open til 4pm on Saturdays. (2) If a customer orders three sandwiches, all of the employeeshelp that one customer instead of helping the next customer. (3) Lack of supplies such as bread and cheese. The new owner seems to be making fantastic changes. This location used to suck...Menus are all upgraded and the customer service... is WAY BETTER!! I order online for my lunch breaks normally and my food is always ready on time. When I go and order in person,I hardly have to wait at all unless there is a line of people. The employees are much friendlier and have great customer serviceskills. Definitely will frequent this location more often now that there is someone else in charge. Read more
