Let me lead with the steak burrito is fantastic, so darn good. What I like about this place is that people are moving and... working whenever we are in there. Nothing worse than going into a busy place to eat and you see the workers kicking back. Andthe food is so good and very reasonably priced. I would suggest they get another soda vendor, it does seem every other time wecome in the soda machine is limited. But we will continue to come for the great food! Read more
We went today at 630pm Thursday the 13th the cashier lady and cook went out if their way , super friendly, excellent ... customer service. The best we have had anywhere in years. My husband is a supervisor for a large company and he said hewould hire both of them in a heartbeat. They need recognition for the service they provided. Great dinner too. Read more
Front counter girl was nice, recommended the best meats and popular items. Food was horrible, extremely salty and tasted old.... Crunchy tacos were soggy and just not good. I could not eat the food after a few bites. I really tried as I was excited to try anew place In town. Not even the nacho cheese had flavor, watered down and just nasty. Could not purchase drinks, we were toldthe machine needed flavors refilled but they did not feel like doing it. We were the only customers in the place. Not sure why Iexpected better but today my stomach is paying the price. Read more
Well this was a big disappointment. Cashier was almost comatose. Could barely hear him. Ordered carnitas burrito asked for... extra cilantro, fish taco and a drink. Went to fountain machine it was totally out of all coca cola products?? Paid $2.60 forice?? Why didn't he tell me that in 1st place. Oh yeah ad to pay extra for chips and Pico de Gallo. Burrito was okay but nocilantro at all! Fish taco was good. That's only reason getting 2 stars. Will not go back. Read more
Disappointing experience at Jimbos. Service was efficient but overall experience was not pleasant. Chips were stale and the... Coke freestyle machine only had mello yellow available. It would at least be nice if they informed customers of this beforebuying a beverage. Read more
Multiple people coming in while I'm sitting here saying their orders are wrong. Dudes in the back only use gloves half the time... to handle food. Had to wipe down my own table. Kid at the front didn't offer me the daily special... despite it being a cheaperoffer for what I ordered. TV is not working. It is 80 degrees in here. This place needs help. Send prayers. Read more
Order was incorrect after explaining it 4 times and having it confirmed. I gues two taco combo plate is complicated. Beans were... actually cold. Cold cold. No parm cheese on taco shell. Never again. Franchising ruined a quality spot. Read more
Food was very good both the first time (a week ago) and yesterday (Oct 28th) when I stopped by returning to Oregon.
