Was late for TWO combination plates one Sunday 7pm (arrived 6:50pm)when on website clearly says they close at 9 and the older... Asian lady was absolutely grossly RUDE I have never ever received such horrible customer service if I could vote they be shutdown I would!!! Incredibly unprofessional attitude and lack of compassion nor reasonable explanation !!!! I had a friend of mineorder FOUR combination plates and it happened she asked me to go pick up(she placed her order with her phone number) when Iwalked in and very rude older absurd looking woman asked me the phone number and that placed order, I mistakenly started to giveher MY NUMBER not the one my friend placed because it was infact her order. She immediately started getting verbally harassingme while kicking me out the restaurant for ever!!!! I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS OVER TWO COMBINATION plates !!!!?!?!!?? Take out takes forever. Even when you call ahead they don't make it until you arrive. Prices are getting ridiculous as well.... Food is always great. Read more
I used to go here all the time when I was a kid. Loved it. Now? Overpriced terrible food, small portions and the INSUFFERABLE... lady at the front desk made certain that I will NEVER go there again. It's a shame, place used to be good. Do not go this place. Read more
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Has been a family favorite for generations. My parents have gone here since I was a... small child and now I take my children whenever possible. The food and service has always been amazing. This is the spot forexquisite Chinese food. Read more
The quality of the food was excellent and the price-per-portion-size ratio was fair. But the rude woman who took our order over... the phone and who served us when we came to pick it up is going to put this place out of business. Food is decent, but service is not so great. I ordered a delivery through Door Dash an hour before they closed. I received... notifications of confirmation that the order went through, and when my Dasher arrived and that they were running late becausethey were waiting on the restaurant. 15 minutes later, I was notified that my order was cancelled with no explanation. When Itried to call the restaurant (at 6:42 pm) to see if I could pick my order up myself, or at least understand why it wascancelled, they answered long enough to say "Hello, we're closed now." and hang up on me. I understand that things happen, andwhen the clock ends people want to go home, but if you're just going to pick up the phone to hang up on someone, why pick up atall?? I can't say I'm very excited about ordering from here again, and I probably won't be recommending them because of thisexperience. Read more
Booked the back room for 15 of my family for a birthday dinner. We had the room all to ourselves. Our server was attentive and... helpful. I ordered through Uber eats. I received pork with mushrooms instead of beef with mushrooms. I asked for no peas or carrots in... rice and got peas and carrots in my rice. They did not provide chopsticks or utensils as requested. No hot mustard either. Read more
