I eat a lot of Domino's. A lot. And not just because it's convenient. Domino's has come a long way in the last few years. But... this place sets the bar at a level that most other pizza places would be hard pressed to compete at. The staff here is amazing,always accommodating, and even the one or two times where I've had minimal discrepancies with my order, they've gone above andbeyond to make it right and then some. There are an abundance of other pizza places and restaurants for that matter in woodland.But my money and my loyalty stays here at Domino's, because they've earned it. So this is the second time ordering within the last two weeks, having the same experience both times. I placed an online order,... estimated pickup time was an hour when I get there an hour and 15 minutes later they haven't even begun to prep it yet. Told meabout 30 more minutes I ended up trying to call them an hour into to waiting to see if my order was started or not and ended upwaiting on hold the whole 15 minutes to get there and they didn't answer.. Just shut this location down or just fire them alland start over dominos it's ridiculous! Read more
As a previous Dominos employee, this place really needs to retrain people who stretch the hand tossed pizzas. They are always so... thin and it ruins the taste the pizza. All the other crusts are fine here but hand tossed need some work. Read more
the food has always been good quality but several times now they mark the order as ready and then never show up to the car or... answer the phones- you just get charged when they mark it complete several hours later and all you can do is make a claim withyour bank or cc. or they immediately complete your order when you say you arrive- and you?ll wait in the parking lotindefinitely because they don?t answer the phone or bring the order out.
