Horrible service. Going to this restaurant was the worst mistake I?ve ever made. We walk into this restaurant, sit down, and... everything?s going great, but as soon as he started cooking I had lost my appetite. He wipes the stove with a dirty microfiberand scrapes off all the char. The table looked at each other in disgust. I mean are we really paying a %20 service fee forthis!? But that?s not even the worst part! The check arrived so we took a look at it and had a few questions about the chargeswhich we proceed to ask about. We ask the owner and he starts screaming and being very aggressive, he says ?even if you call thepolice they won?t do anything about these charges? when we never mentioned anything about calling the police! He says ?on thefront door it says that there will be a %20 service charge? which is also known as a tip. We payed a $32 tip. Please don?t go to this please they are big Rip off. Very bad service and they charge Gratuity accordingly to them. We paid $32... top of the bill.and gratuity is not a law or any tax all the restaurants are forcing us to pay that much tip. Prices are highand crew was not friendly. When I asked the owner about the gratuity he got aggressive & loud with me. So, please don't wasteyour money and time better find another good restaurant. Food was good and the service was good..it was a fun experience like always however I would suggest they update the cooking... routines at the grills..these are old skills we all have experienced many many times. Please update that show , also need toopen the bar back up...full of boxes and stuff..Like walking into a storage room and this is what you see when you walk in. First time going here, it was a Monday and the place was literally empty when we got there. We went here for a company meeting... and honestly the food wasn't that good. The chief took forever to get the food out and it was crazy to me because again no oneelse was there! My boss asked the chief if he was going to throw food and have some of us catch it but I guess they don't dothat at lunch time. Also I ordered steak and he asked how I wanted it cooked I said medium rare and he still cooked it all theway threw. The serving size for the meat was ridiculously small. The veggies weren't cooked all the way through either. Mypotatoes were still hard and the food literally had no flavor not even with the amount of soy sauce and butter he used. No salt.At all. I was so incredibly hungry and made a spontaneous decision to eat here. We were not disappointed. While the interior could... really use a facelift, the food and preparation were great.
