Wine was good. Food not so much. Focaccia was toasted dry - maybe I am just used to moist focaccia. Calamari tasted more like... chicken but again maybe it’s different than what I have been exposed to. All in all I would go for the wine not the food. Read more

Not bad DeLille, not bad at all. The wine here is on point as local Washingtonians would probably all say. D2 is delicious. The... food here was fine... The chicken was unique and tasty. The steak frites was disappointing and didn't feel as elevated as saythe nachos with brisket, beschamel, etc. In totality, our party enjoyed the place. And our service was on point the whole time. We recently visited The Lounge for our 14th Wedding Anniversary and highly recommend it. Very easy access and parking, beautiful... grounds and ambiance, attentive staff, great variety of cocktails, beer, and wine, and delicious food! A great restaurant, in a beautiful location, with lovely fresh food and super friendly staff - from the girls who greeted us on... arrival to the wonderfully attentive waitstaff. Our family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the sun, sampling the local wines andenjoying food from a menu that perfectly suits both adults wanting delicious fresh food as well as fussy kids. We have beenlooking for a restaurant that ticks all the boxes and it looks like we’ve found it! I’m certain we’ll be returning heretime and again, for many years to come. Read more

I took my mom on a dinner date to DeLille and we had an amazing time! I was warmly greeted at the front desk and the layout was... just beautiful, classy and yet cozy. We started with their house made focaccia and it looked like pound cake (which is a far cryfrom the airy stuff I'm used to) but it was so delicious! Especially with the olive oil and salted butter. Then my mom and I hadthe Maple Roasted Squash Salad and I tried the pasta on the weekly special menu. Both were very flavorful and filling. We had totry dessert so we did the special which was olive oil cake with local salted caramel ice cream and toasted pistachios. Oh and wedid an explore & compare tasting of the Malbec - this is where you get to try a 2oz pour of a DeLille wine and its counterpartfrom another country. It was an fun experience and I am definitely coming back for either dinner or to try their happy hour. Read more

We visited The Lounge at DeLille on Sunday for dinner. We were greeted warmly by the hosts and our server was very friendly and... informative about the menu. Since it was our first visit we tried to get different things and share. The server gave us each twowines to taste and then came back with full glasses when we made up our minds, which I really appreciate. We had the calamariappetizer which was very good; they were more like a calamari steak sliced into sticks and were very tender. I had the panroasted bone-in chicken breast special which was delicious and perfectly cooked. My mom had the flat iron steak and frites,which she enjoyed. My husband had the prawns spaghetti which he raved about. All items were brought out hot and very fresh. Wealso tried two desserts, the chocolate ganache and the triple ice cream (which was served like cream puffs). So Good! We willdefinitely be returning!! Read more
