The barista Natalie - I walked in minding my own business at 8 AM. I wait roughly 10 feet away from the pickup counter and this... lady had it out for me from the very beginning for no reason. She singled me out telling me I was too close to the countermeanwhile everyone else is standing in the same exact spot. She was extremely demeaning and condescending. She deliberatelystops working on my coffee tells me I need to step back. I take my mask off right before exiting the shop to take a sip of mycoffee and she literally hollered at me from across the store. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing to whoever employsher. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. $5 coffee and that's how you get treated? Never returning. Read more
I come here often for my girlfriends drink and it?s almost every time that I come that some part of my order is overlooked. Some... days it?s the syrup they get wrong, some days it?s the milk. It makes a pretty big difference when I bring it home and mygirlfriend is upset with her drink. One of my favorite location of this international brand. The product is exactly the same and the service is as expected. What... sets it apart is the outdoor seating which is quite large with a nice people watching vantage point. Also great for meeting agroup of friends.
