I?m leaving this review as a Doordasher. I came in today at 12:28pm and shared I had 2 orders. The store wasn?t very busy, they... were helping 2 customers when I entered. They told me they still needed to make the orders. I sat down and proceeded to watchthem skip my orders and help 6 other customers. It?s been 20 mins and they still haven?t finished with my Doordash orders. Therehas been no communication at all either, which makes me feel confused, ansy and frustrated. Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop, but unfortunately at this location I continue to get hardly any meat on my sandwich.... My last visit felt like I was eating a bread and lettuce sandwich. I like the fact that the meat is sliced when you order butthat leaves it up the the employee on the amount given, which so often is variable, typically on the light side. This was notan issue months ago at this same location. Hopefully they make some changes, I've seen other sandwich shops weigh the meat tostay consistent. Read more
Terrible service, charged $2 for one piece of bacon and the sandwiches were drenched in oil. Called to get store number and... manager name to file a complaint and was told they would not give me the information. Just terrible. This was the first time I have earned at Jersey Mike's. I liked the sub sandwich. However, ordered two, one to take home to my... wife. That sandwich was not to have any mayonnaise. I asked it to be marked with a letter for my wife. However, they marked thewrong sandwich. Not a fatal flaw but still a lack of attention to detail. Written after the store response. I ordered lunch for employees and customers from here through DoorDash. Was disappointed to find 1/3 of my order missing. ... Called to find out if they were going to deliver remaining items and was told they would refund and give me a free sub next timethen was rushed off the phone. Thanks but no thanks, there won't be a next time. Very poor customer service. It's unfortunatebecause I've usually had good experience with Jersey Mike's stores in the past, this is my first interaction with theWoodinville location. Just absurdly poor service, not sure why Jersey Mike?s tolerates this franchise because it reflects so poorly on the entire... brand. I ordered online, but when I arrived 20 minutes later I had to wait for 3 people to order in person before they checkedwhat I was waiting for. I would have left but I?d already paid online so I was stuck. They didn?t start my order till then, soit would have been way faster to just not order online. Woodinville service and sandwiches are terrible. The woman working behind the counter has a terrible attitude and no customer... skills. I will never go to Jersey Mikes.in Woodinville again. Sadly I am from the Jersey shore and will be sending MrCancro a personal email. I use my app weekly and use Bothell and and Mukilteo and will continue. I am hoping my review helpspeople to know they don't have to put up with poor service and quality. Sandwich was #5, I pointed out that it did not seemright got home and it had ham and cheese no other items soaked in vinegar , no banana peppers. Very disappointing. Read more
