Ordered a smoothie for pick up at this Woodinville location on the mobile app. Store hours state they open at 8am, yet when I... arrive at the store at 8:30am to pick it up the door is locked, lights are off, and I don?t see anyone in there. My issue isthat I paid for the smoothie with my card via the app, but cannot pick it up, or find an option on the app to cancel my order orrequest a refund for the smoothie. I tried calling the location as well and got their voicemail, but could not leave a messagebecause the voicemail box was full? just want a refund for the smoothie I never received! Read more
I pick up door dash orders from here regularly. They take FOREVER, they rarely acknowledge my existence for the first few... minutes I?m there and anytime there has been an issue (on their end) with an order they refuse to solve the problem themselvesand always try to force me to do it (which I?m not required to do). Completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Read more
Came in today for a smoothie and waffle. Waited at the register for about a full 3-4 min before being acknowledged. The team... members were in absolutely no rush to make the smoothies or attend to customers, as they slowly strolled along the back,scooping at a seriously slow rate. As a previous member of the Alderwood jamba juice location, there's no way any of theseemployees would cut it at the busiest location in the region. Took all-in-all about 20 minutes to get my order, which isridiculous as there was only one family of four ahead of me, who only ordered smoothies. Door dashers BE AWARE!!!! Came to pick up an order to deliver. I waited patiently for my order and was told by the cashier that... one of the drinks was given to another customer. And when I asked her how long would it take for another one to be made. Shewent and asked the manager and as I?m standing there I hear him tell her to tell me, to put on my door dash app that I can?t dothis order for someone else in door dash to come get.
