Ordered a smoothie for pick up at this Woodinville location on the mobile app. Store hours state they open at 8am, yet when I... arrive at the store at 8:30am to pick it up the door is locked, lights are off, and I don?t see anyone in there. My issue isthat I paid for the smoothie with my card via the app, but cannot pick it up, or find an option on the app to cancel my order orrequest a refund for the smoothie. I pick up door dash orders from here regularly. They take FOREVER, they rarely acknowledge my existence for the first few... minutes I?m there and anytime there has been an issue (on their end) with an order they refuse to solve the problem themselvesand always try to force me to do it (which I?m not required to do).
