Arrived 15 minutes after my online order was scheduled to be completed, and they hadn't put it together yet. I ordered half... spicy and half regular tenders, but got no spicy. The batter on the tenders was crunchy, but flavorless and the chicken was drylike jerky. Maybe their bone-in chicken is good, but the tenders were a major disappointment. I wouldn't waste the money. They get 2 stars for friendly staff, peach cobbler was decent and the rolls were soft. The chicken was bland and dry, mash... potatoes has a powder taste to them the baked beans had a burnt taste, the sweet potato pie had a strong nutmeg taste . Read more

Took over an hour to get my online order that was estimated at 30mins; seems there was confusion on my name with the other... online orders they had since it had been ready when I arrived. The food was okay, had to reheat everything, and it dried outthe chicken and the fries were already cold and soggy. With all the online orders they need to improve their pickup process?watched many walk-ins get their family meals while I waited for 30mins after the pick up time. Had heard good things about the fried chicken here but we were disappointed. We were in Woodinville running errands and stopped... in to get some lunch We had 4 piece white meat and ate in our car outside. The chicken wasn't hot. The batter was inedible. Itwas "brittle" and crumbled into flakes. We realized as we ate that the folks who'd been waiting for food when we arrived, werestill waiting as we ate and that perhaps the trick is to ensure you ask for freshly fried chicken. I asked about the Buffalo tenders and the employee gave me some of the sauce to take..I think he said they pour it over the... tenders but I dipped in the Buffalo sauce then in their homemade blue cheese dressing as I though the chicken would stay crispbetter?OMG insanely good! Read more
