Reviews for Columbia Winery in Woodinville, WA
Very in experience. Good wine, great service.
Corina was so knowledgeable about the wines and we had an amazing experience. This is the first time that I had a wine tasting... where all of the wines were good- both white and red! If you’re debating which winery to have a wine tasting- go to this one. Read more
Came here for some wine and some food. Nice location, good vibes but pretty pricey. We were told the only food they had was a... cheese platter. So we got that and 2 tastings (30/per). Probably the smallest tastings we've had in Woodinville. Total came to$100. Not worth it. Should add more food items and larger glasses for tasting. Read more
They were amazing. Walked in without a reservation, told we could be sold a bottle of wine and stuck on a corner - it was... amazing!! Wine was fabulous and was given the perfect amount of attention and had a great cheese platter. They went out oftheir way to make us feel comfortable. Great place to enjoy beautiful notes of wine and an amazing ambiance. Read more
Nice place but you kinda get kicked out(pretty much) after finished wine testing. I asked a lady if we could stay seated little... more after we paid for testing and also purchased a bottle of wine.. she said we can’t “Due to next appointment people”reason. and there was so many other tables. So if you don’t want to be rushed, drink it slow lol I guess. Or maybe we didn’tbuy membership that’s why..? Anyway There’s so many other good wineries to go :) It was good enough to try once. The world famous Columbia Winery is situated in the heart of local wine country in Woodinville, WA. Popular tourist site is also... a nice special event venue for weddings, corporate functions, large catered private parties, etc. The food is excellent as oneshould expect. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and all smiles. Of course, the wine is stellar and that's whatdraws people from near and far to smell and taste some of the best wine around. The entrance and overall grounds are lessimpressive than its wine, especially compared to the grand Chateau Ste. Michelle winery directly across the street. Also checkout other wineries in the neighborhood like JM Cellars, Novelty Hill-Januik Winery and DeLille Cellars. Book several nights atthe famous Willows Lodge where you'll also feast on Pacific Northwest style cuisine, enjoy luxury spa service and literally walkto all of the wineries. All in all, worthy of a visit to this Washington State staple. Book your special event now. Cheers ???? Read more
We were so fortunate to be able to take the wine and cheese tasting class with Shelly Fitzgerald in her final version of it... prior to the facility closing. Shelly was fantastic and so were the wines and cheeses. The other 3 couples in the class werealso super nice which made the whole experience even better. The facility is wonderful and it's surprising that Gallo, who ispurchasing Columbia is not also taking ownership of the building. If you can squeeze in a visit prior to closing, I highlyrecommend it. Thanks Shelly and good luck with you new adventures. Read more
