The only location so far that doesn?t allow mixing flavours. You apparently can?t have to 2 flavours side by side.
This guy (Dilan) at the front will charge you more than the prices listed on the menu arguing prices had changed but the system... in the front will give you the correct price with a rude attitude on top! The overloaded oreo only has 1 oreo, and it wasn't even mixed well. It was poorly made. I won't be back here sadly.
They did not have any pineapple or blueberries today so could not make any smoothies? high calorie milk shakes won?t work on hot... days. Why don?t you close for the day or until you are able to make smoothies! Read more

Woodinville location very unhygienic. I hate to embarrass anyone because I don?t know the employee or the situation but I feel... the need to report this. I was standing in line for a while because it seems everyone had the same idea tonight. While waiting,I noticed that one of the employees was sweating profusely. (Sweat dripping down their head). I knew immediately I was leavingbut they spotted me looking at them right after the employee used their gloved hand to pull their shirt up and wipe theirforehead. So I left knowing I will never return to this location. Especially after reading other reviews regarding hygieneissues. Read more
