Came in today about 2pm. Ordered a crave case and a few other burgers. The queens that took our orders were amazing. They are so... friendly and got our dumb order totally right. Spot on. When I pulled up in the drive-thru and the worker tells me he will be right with me. Waited over 15 minutes, as 4 cars went... through the second drive-thru. If I could give this White Castle 0 stars I would. On 11-23-22 we visited this location and waited over 50 minutes in the drive... thru line including waiting to place our order, pay and get the order. There is no excuse for this. If you look over at theChick-Fil-A next door their line moves smoothly and quickly. They have plenty of staff, probably because they are either paidbetter or treated better than the owner of this White Castle does for their employees. I will never go back to this WhiteCastle location. We will drive an extra 6 miles to the Taylor location. The poor employee who took the order, took the moneyand gave us the order was very apologetic about the wait. They appeared to just be overworked. Read more
