First thing that was said to us was "Are you ready to order?" Not the best greeting. No "Hi, how are you?" Nothing. After that... we went to sit down and almost every booth was super dirty. After we finally found a clean table we went to get our drinks.There was Nats flying everywhere .. I am not one to complain but this was disgusting! Also, the buns were super dry. On apositive note, it was decorated pretty awesome for Halloween! Whoever did the decorations did a great job! Hopefully a managergets the employees to start cleaning the dining room more often.... Went heard for something quick and simple. Was enjoying the day out with my 2 yr old gran. Just wanted to treat her to some... chicken nuggets which she loves. We went through the drive through the female worker ( I would have loved to know her name toput it here) she was rude. Obnoxious and rather impatience. They had a biggie $ 5 special of which I was trying to understand.She was literally screaming through the microphone in frustration., and cutting me off speaking over me when I spoke. No respectwith poor costumer interaction. She was unbelievably out of place. I did told her to have the manager ready when I got to thewindow.I got to the window around 4- 5 workers was there and so I requested to speak to the manager a young lady came to thewindow with laugh on her face pretending to be the manger .I then proceeded to explain to her in my spirit I felt she waspretendingto be the manager, she then ask me to wait. A manager Cindy came to the window she was polite and promise to speakwith the employee though I was not convinced she would. She gave me 10 %, off my order while that was appropriate it was notnecessary. I had no issue paying for my order. I will prefer that this discount will go toward inservice and training of thistype of inappropriate employee. These type of staff are definently bad for business and should not be dealing g with the public.As a professional I will not accept this type of behavior neither should anyone else today there are simply so many choices.Manager Cindy I trust you did what you promised otherwise disrespectful employees like this female your place of employment isheading down hill. Restaurant was dirty especially pop station. Not stock with napkin, condiments and pretty much all pop was empty at 10:30 am.... Fries hot but burger cold, bun dry as hell. I can remember when they put bacon on a a baconato. Could even taste the bacon therewas so little. Don't recommend this Wendy's location at all!!! Read more
They must have been short handed. 25 minutes in line. Dad likes there chili or I would have been long gone. And when I asked for... a few more crackers, he said it comes with crackers. I told him I got 1 cracker for a large chili. I understand the are shorthanded. Don't take it out on the customer. Read more
I visited for the 1st time to try their breakfast. My advice, skip the breakfast. Stick with dinner. My breakfast sandwich... was hard as a rock! No exaggeration. Rock hard. Kind of a let down, especially when you are in a hurry and don't have time tocircle back. Read more
Tonight I ordered a door dash order from this Wendy's and I had the unfortunate displeasure of receiving a tampered order. My... drink being the main item tampered with, being COVERED in what appears to be pubic hair both inside and out of the cup as youcan see in the photos. My bag arrived WITHOUT THE SEAL BEING APPLIED from this restaurant! Which then my food was also tamperedwith because of the seal not being on, having been rummaged through by the door dasher. You can see that the seal isn't torn inthe photo, as the restaurant NEVER PUT IT ON TO BEGIN WITH! This has been reported directly to Doordash's Health and Safetyteam and I have provided all photos attached here. This was a major food safety violation that can get someone severely ill orworse. I HIGHLY recommend not using this Wendy's if you're in the area or ordering from Doordash, it's very clear they DO NOTcare about Food Safety. Read more
Fast, not very kind service. Indoor area is closed. Well maintained and clean area with outdoor seating in the front. I'm pretty... sure I received the wrong item, (spicy chicken nuggets vs original). One of the sloppiest burgers, albeit hearty. Read more
The place was good, good enough to visit a second time just from my experience alone. The staff was a bit... tired. Muttering... when taking my order, not making eye contact and later fighting with their coworkers forcing me to take my kids outside. Iwon't say their name to be nice, but if I see them at the register I will take my family elsewhere. Read more
