Stopped in for a late lunch today. Girls upfront were friendly & I ordered. Went to have a seat & every single table was dirty.... They were out of fountain drinks, then the bottle of soda I got was warm. My food, despite costing 11 dollars was cold and hard... to eat. For the price I expect the quality to be much greater. Read more

Finally received an email back after a couple weeks. The email assured me the issue would be looked into and offered to make it... right. Still haven?t been back. The experience left a sore taste. I hope they fix it for future customers. *UPDATE to originalREVIEW* The owners reply to my review seems to have fallen flat. I responded to the Qdoba customer email as directed 3different times over the last couple weeks. Still no response. It?s becoming clear that the responses on google are just forshow. Look I don?t want free product. I want good service and fresh food. Finding a good place to make your go to food spot istough especially in todays market. Qdoba this is your opportunity to improve. I usually frequent this location 2-3 times aweek. Between 9-920pm. Recently the staff refuses to make any new food so whatever is left is just what I?m told I have to get.I wouldn?t recommend going at this time. I was told it was that franchises policy not to make any new food after 9pm. Therewere misc food ingredients mixed in and around other containers. I wanted fajita veggies and they tried to give me a few oldpieces and told me they wouldn?t make any more. When I asked again another worker told me they were out. I want to start by saying we come here a few times a month. Today was the last time we will be back. A laundry list of issues... going on in this place all of a sudden. For starters we came in right when they opened up which they were 15 minutes lateopening. I couldn't believe the condition of the dining area! Every single table was full of food or garbage. The guy thatopened the door 15 minutes late after we called at 10:30 was extremely rude like he was mad we were waiting to get in. After weordered our food and went to sit down every table was dirty. I'm talking food, napkins etc on every table. The floor was sonasty everywhere we didn't even want to eat inside. I let the guy know behind the counter the tables were all dirty. He lookedat me and turned around and kept talking with the other workers never saying one word to me (guy wearing black t shirt). We satthere for 25 minutes eating at a table we had to clean and not one person came out to clean tables as they stood laughing in thekitchen.The pop machine was broke, lobby was trashed, outside dining area was dirty and not maintained. The napkin and saucearea was destroyed. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that serves food to the public. If you don't care about your businessclose it down or hire someone who cares. Not to mention while we were eating one of the employees burped so loud customersactually turned and looked into the kitchen as they were all laughing. This place needs some serious management changes beforewe ever come back. I am calling the health department and will be sending photos to corporate office.
