Keeps going downhill, I waited in line for 30+ minutes for them to let 6 people order infront of me, then the girl at the second... window rolls her eyes at me asking for a drink carrier, giving me major attitude. Get better staff and maybe you won't haveangry customers. Read more

I waited in drive thru lane because rest was closed to public..no problem there.place an order for 3 orders of pancakes..special... request. I asked for them not to be heated..the young man asks what do u mean..I said cold not cooked please...paid for order ,Iwas handed 3 pancakes and jus by feel I could tell that we're cooked ,handed back to the young man and asked for cold ones ,hespoke to someone in the bak that said jus the bottom ones were hot from the table not true. the reason for cold pancakes isgranddaughter likes mcdonalds pancakes but she sleeps in on the weekends and when pancakes are reheated they become rubbery andshe won't eat them called and spoke to manager that stated all food had to be cooked. I said that is fine ,only if they statedthat while I was in line , would have went to another location that could honor my request.so 9.51 I'm out because g daughterwon't eat rubbery pancakes. These guys are awesome and the food was fresh but man they forgot one of my sandwiches and I shoulda checked before I left but I... was in a rush. One of my friends had to eat chicken nuggets instead, so wasn't the worst experience BUT I'll be checking the bagfrom now on ???? Read more
