They opened at noon I waited in line for 10-15 minutes with 3 other customers no one ever comes on the speaker so the man in... front of me goes to the window and was told yes we are open but we have no chicken??seriously you are kfc and you have nochicken horrible service. Used the KFC app to order a 8 piece dinner to be delivered. I was charged delivery and a 20% tip. They left the bag by the door.... It was a bowl of mashed potatoes only. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I then had todrive to the kfc to get the dinner I paid for. I am out the delivery fee and tip. What a joke on me. Read more
This place has really gone downhill over the years. Staff hurries you through orders only to get home and find out they?re... wrong, plus the past 3 times I?ve been here they?ve been out of mac and cheese. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. I truly don't get the line at the drive thru... We ordered 2 of the chicken tender... meals (the 5 piece ones which cost $10,49) and a free chicken sandwich by using a coupon in the app. The tenders tasted worsethan the frozen ones available for sale at the store. They forgot to give us the sauce (the meal came with 2 choices of sauce),and they gave us mashed potatoes with gravy when we selected no gravy for both. Not to mention, one of the employees was smokingat the door of the restaurant but he was in the inside. The prices were quite high also. I'm very disappointed and will notreturn. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
