I came here today to get my kids lunch before I went to work and this is how my 11 yr old son received his sandwich. I called to... complain and all the lady continued to emphasize that it wasn?t her fault !! I never said it was but , that seemed to be theonly thing she was worried about . Went through the drive thru and asked if I could get some ranch. The old thin white women w/glasses working @330pm on 8-17 got... visibly ?rude?& said I?d have to pay .16 cent apiece. I said that was fine, I want two and handed her .35 cent. She gave me myranch and I put it in the bag. When I got home I realized she had squeezed both of my ranches open. How disgusting! Brenda,the ?Manager? was the most unprofessional employee I?ve ever met. She called me a liar when I told her I had fries with... my order,then realized she was wrong when she looked at the coupon I had given her.Even after knowing she was wrong shecontinued to raise her voice. They never open on time on the weekend. I stopped there at 7 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and they were not open. Stopped in on a... Saturday at 9 a.m. and they still weren't open. Ended up going to McDonald's all 3 times. Update November 26, 2022 Just went tothe same Burger King months later and they tell me they don't open until 7:30 but online it says that it opens at 6. I came at6:30. This is still one of the worse Burger Kings. Try the Burger King in Woodhaven. They open when they are supposed to andthey're pretty friendly.
