Not sure if we caught them on a bad night or something, but our experience was awful! We ordered our food, only to find out they... were only serving burgers, fries, wings, and other fried food for the rest of the night, as they have run out of almosteverything. Worst dining experience we have ever had. Prompt seating and ordering taking was a plus. From there, it was a disaster. Ordered... items: Chicken wings Mozzarella sticks Chicken Tenders Burger Chicken Parm Shrimp Arrived at 630, ordered at 645. At 700,waitress came to tell us one of the appetizers were not available. She came back at 715 to tell us one on the meals was notavailable. (30 minutes later and we still don't have appetizers from fryer). 740, tenders come out with fries. No condimentshanded out. After 5 more minutes, go inside to retrieve them from bartender. 8:10 pm!!!! shrimp and appetizers wings finallycome to table. Total. $164 for 2 hours of waiting. Rode up here with some friends for lunch. This place came recommended by some people our friends knew. We made a reservation... for 12 so they knew we were coming. Let me start with the location was nice. Although we chose to sit inside the deck wasbeautiful overlooking the lake. NOW?.we had to setup our own tables to accommodate our group. The server finally comes totake our drink order. Finally get our drinks after about 15-20 minutes. We were the ONLY party sitting inside. Our ordergets taken and it took quite awhile to get food, but we were in no hurry. I ordered a BLT and hubby ordered a Philly steak subwhich came on a hot dog bun. The food was good for bar food, but ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. For 2 sandwiches with fries and 2 sodas our bill was $44.00 without a tip. So by the time we left a tip our lunch was $50.00 for mediocre food and lousyservice. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, refills, and condiments. As a side note?.the menus we ordered off of yesterday ARENOT the menus online. There is way more that led up to a 1 star review, but I?m going to stop here. Worst service ever the waitress deliveries our food never once checked on us. And then we had family stop by she ignored us... longer no silver ware no napkins then she announced after I called her over that she was leaving. Finally the replacementshowed up got us napkins another drink and waited on our family. I understand people have hard days but come on I will not bereturning there anytime soon. So sad. I just paid over $13 for a "chef salad" lettuce, 4 slices of onion, a piece of ham sliced and rolled, a piece of turkey... sliced and rolled, and a few sprinkles of shredded cheese and frozen tomatoes. Forgot the croutons....pathetic! Read more
Nice little bar with very welcoming staff. Don't buy the hype of the pizza though. Very dry and overly crispy crust with... little to no flavor. The wings on the other hand... absolutely amazing! Read more
In my trips to New York I always look forward to Pizza at White Lake Inn. We have camp in Otter Lake, NY. Let me say Pizza Joe... on Monday's is a must do for anyone looking for Pizza that has LOVE as a main ingredient. That said, order, expect it in over45 minutes and expect to wait when you arrive. It is what it is. We (Wife, Sister-In-Law) have Dined In also. The food isalways good and the pricing is medium as expected for a bar/restaurant. Highly recommend, just DON'T BE IN A HURRY and expectstrained service. Relax and enjoy the extra time together. Read more
