This place is very unreliable, they arrive whenever they feel like it. They say they open at 5 am., GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Also I... suggest tasting your coffee before leaving they never get it right. Read more
First time at this store and I am very disappointed of the quality of my beverage, my advice please just taste your coffee... before you leave the store, l ordered a large iced coffee and tasted like sugared water, very bad! It seems that this problemis systemic with the larger drinks been watered down, if I order small or medium size, the beverages are just fine, so in thiscase the more you pay the less you receive. Update as of Feb 09 2022, not only quality and taste has gone to hell but also thesize of the cup is smaller and they fill it only to 3/4 the rest is milk foam. Read more
Went in to place an order for a sandwich and donuts. The man at the cash register seemed uninterested and distracted and lied... that they don?t make sandwiches at that time. Family member I was ordering for told me later that breakfast and sandwiches areserved all day. He did not even give my receipt or look at me. He noticed I was still standing there and said oh. There was noone other customers for him to not be paying attention. Rude service. Been here before and they are usually nicer. Read more
The employees at this location are somewhat nice but very unorganized. There was not one single customer in the store and yet... the 3 employees working all happened to forget to make my order. I waited about 10 minutes before saying something. I was lateto work because of this. This was not a one time occurrence either. Not only that but the woman making it was on a personalphone call while making it. Finally when I recieved my coffee it was over spilling with coffee and milk and I was forced to grabit and left with sticky hands and clothing. This has happened multiple times here. This location needs better customer serviceskills and a revamp. I will not return until then. Read more
The tall, fat guy with glasses who works in the morning literally refuses to fill the cups all the way. At least when you order... iced coffee. I have to tell him every single time to fill the iced coffee all the way to the top. Read more
