Came in for lunch waited almost 30 minutes for our food. The order was wrong. As we were waiting for our food, multiple people... came in with their orders that were wrong. Multiple people came in to sit down and eat. They waited about 15 minutes and theyleft Also, the lady tried to give me someone else?s order that was already taken to their home. I will absolutely not be dininghere or ordering from food here again. If I can give this negative stars I would have. Read more

I?ll start by saying, I REALLY wanted to like this place and I was super excited to order from here. Unfortunately, this will... most likely be my last time ordering from this establishment. Though, there were some positives such as our food was donequickly and the chicken fresh rolls & sweet and sour chicken were tasty. My order took a turn for the worst before I evenopened the lid to my teriyaki chicken and was left utterly confused, as the container was basically empty! It looked like I wasgiven maybe a 1/4 cup of chicken and a cup of rice (separate container) which I paid $13 for. Not only was the to-go portionsmaller than I have ever seen from a restaurant, but the chicken smelled and tasted burnt! The flavor of the teriyaki sauceitself was good, but I had to look past the burnt aroma to finish my meal. I?m pretty disappointed because these issues are suchan easy fix! Read more

The spring rolls and dumplings were virtually tasteless, and truly the only things we could finish. The fried tofu was over... fried and was like eating a old dry sponge. I would love to give a review for the curry I had ordered, but it never made it intothe bag. Read more

I've seen reviews saying how small the portions are. While they don't serve a bucket like some places the portions are well... worth the price you pay here. Food is good ???? Read more

First and last time ordering food here. This is by far ( and I?m not over exaggerating) the ONLY bad Viet restaurant I?ve been... to. I?ve been to PLENTY of Vietnamese restaurants in Canada and America and the BEST thing about Vietnamese restaurants are thefact their food menu is usually always identical therefore I order the SAME dish in EVERY Viet restaurant and 99% of the timeit?s delicious. #1 The service was mediocre I was trying to be nice and the cashier cut me off when I was speaking also had airpods in I asked for canned coke over the phone but they gave me fountain Pepsi ( I took it anyway I didn?t really want tocomplain about minor things plus it?s a holiday ) #2 I ordered the rice dish rice & porkchop and ordered a side of chicken + anegg since I needed to have a $15 purchase to use a card and dear god it was disgusting. The only thing good about this dish wasthe rice. they gave me a side portion of the smallest thinnest sliced chicken which was dry and a bit burnt ( I can?t get thisafter taste out of my mouth I feel like I ate a cigarette) and the porkchop was dry as well as bland. The sweet sauce barelyhelped and also how do you mess up a fried egg??? Why does it taste like this?? And you know what the cashier told me they hadno take out menu because they were working on a new menu ???? lord have mercy yall need to work on your current menu or at leastchange your chef im sorry. I barely give 1 star reviews but honestly save yourself the trip. I gave a $1.00 tip even though Iordered take out and the service was bad like why did I do that to myself??? Who are giving these 5 star reviews? I have twoquestions for y?all 1, is this the only Vietnamese restaurant you?ve been to? 2, do y?all season your meat?? Because I candefinitely tell some of y?all don?t. Read more

Need to go back to basics!! We dined at this restaurant last night. I saw the online rating was somewhat questionable but... still would like to give them a try. I hate to say but this is a disappointment!! Before commenting on their food, there arenumerous issues that need to be addressed: 1) the temperature of the noodle soup was only lukewarm. This is one of the mostfundamental elements when serving soup - it needs to be warm. Our soup seems to be sitting in the kitchen for a long timebefore serving. Not very appetizing. 2) the bean sprout and basil garnish look wilted and already lost its freshness. Again, seems to be sitting in the kitchen for an extended period of time. I will not be surprised if it had been previously served toanother table because it doesn?t look fresh. 3) we ordered shrimp clay pot and the container is chipped. For a restaurant thatmissed these many marks, I?m not surprised the quality of their food was sub-standard. I will not waste my time to go into theflavorless broth and their over-zealous seasoning in their shrimp dish. If this is your first experience dining in a Vietnameserestaurant, please don?t think this is the standard food that is served in a reputable establishment. There are plenty of goodVietnamese restaurants but unfortunately, this is not one of them. Read more

I eat here weekly and it is incredible every time. I am obsessed with the wonton pho in spicy or beef broth (spicy pictured... here). The spring rolls and veggie dumplings are lovely, too. Always kind, always fast, always delicious! Read more

Really excellent spicy broth! The iced coffee wasn't my fave of all time, but still really tasty. The menu seems to have a few... more vegetarian options than other local places, which is awesome if you're looking to cut down on your overall meatconsumption. I got the brisket this time but I'll be happy to try the tofu later. Service was great, very fast and friendly. Read more
