Struggled a little bit to communicate with the waitress (maybe background music too loud? asked a really stupid question and she... was confused by this??) but once this was resolved we got food at remarkable speed and it was excellent. Really liked how therewas an option to get full-sized dinner entree portions OR lighter lunch-sized combo platter portions, because we wanted thelatter even though it was dinnertime, and it was perfect. The Soup was the first thing I ate and it was amazing never tried the flower egg soup before it was good. The fried won tons was... the second food I ate there. Perfectly fried and had a good amount of cream cheese. The last dish I had was the empire. The eggroll on the side was amazing. The cross with shrimp, beef, and chicken was perfect. The fried rice was also amazing. Overall9/10 with slow service though but very nice place would definitely come back. Read more
BBQ pork Lomein was great with a side portion of white rice- ordered for take out? I?ve had their best sellers before many times... for the last three years I?ve lived in Woodbury- and I just so happened to have the guts to try something new! Definitely willcome back for more! Has the best hot & sour soup I've had since moving to the area. Always have done takeout. Meals are good size but rice serving... is too small of a portion for the full meal. Either order/purchase additional rice for your meal, or know you might not haveenough. Traditional egg rolls are also super delicious! People are always super nice even though they are ALWAYS busy. I love this place, best sesame chicken! They make it with the sauce on instead of the sauce on the side like sweet and sour... chicken. Fast service for how busy and small the kitchen is. The won tons are really good also. They are thick instead of thinand crunchy like some places, I like both kinds. Read more
I'm sorry, I usually only post for great places to eat at.... I will NOT eat here again. Ordered take out... over $100 of food,... chowmein, sweet and sour pork, kung pao chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, fried wontons, orange chicken etc... Don't know how ithas good ratings.... Absolutely delicious. I ordered the Kung Pow Chicken, mild 1/5, combo for lunch today. It came with soup & an egg roll. I... adore this place. It's a very cute, cozy atmosphere & very authentic tasting. Yum! My friend got the sweet & sour chickencombo which was also super yummy! I recommend getting hot tea with your meal, best in town. The best sweet and sour (chicken, or pork) I've ever had in my life. The chow mein is amazing too. Fried rice is great too!
