My first time eating here and all I can say is wow! Customer service is excellent. If you're confused coming for the first time... they'll welcome you in and offer a menu in case that's easier to read than the menu board posted overhead. When you orderthey'll direct you to a reference right on the counter in front of you that shows what normally comes on their burgers which youcan remove at your discretion as well as no charge addons in a very easy to understand format. When I left I was asked if Ienjoyed my food which I did and I really loved that interaction and opportunity to express myself either way. I had a doublebacon cheese burger with fries and a drink. The wait time was very short considering it's short order cooking and not fast food.Maybe 5 minutes and my food was brought to where I was seated. The burger itself was hot and juicy, the toppings tasted freshand clean and yummy! I got so many fries I couldn't even eat all of them. They were perfectly made and not greasy or greasytasting. A good crispiness without being overcooked. The entire venue is very clean with a unique styling and comfortable andabundant seating. The bathroom was very clean and smelled incredible with nice decorations which surprised me. Nice attention todetail. My experience here was wonderful and I think it might be the best burger place especially for the price which is veryfair. I'll be back soon! Read more
Our first visit to any Wayback Burger place as we do not have one near our hometown. We had the double cheeseburger and mushroom... Swiss single burger each with fried onions. Both were excellent!!! The toasted buns made them even better. The beef was goodquality and sure tasted fresh. The onion rings sincerely were the best I recall having in a long time anywhere. What can Isay!!! It was true! The wife and grand-daughter also liked their shakes a lot. All the staff with which we came into contactwere very friendly and welcoming. Definitely suggest giving this place a try. Been here several times and last night didn't disappoint again. Burgers are very good. Service is great. Brought my meal to me... and came back 10 minutes later and asked me how my food was. We got a double bacon burger, chicken strips, O-Fries (fries and onion rings) and an Oreo shake. Average food at best, there are... plenty of other better fast casual burger restaurants. Food wasn?t bad, just not worth the prices. Chicken strips and shake weremy favorite thing. Read more
