Had to make a quick turnaround catering order this morning for 50 people and less than 2 hours notice after another... (non-Potbelly) restaurant cancelled on us. The team knocked it out of the park and had the entire order + fixin's, utensils,plates and napkins ready to go 10 MINUTES EARLY!!! This is a good one :) Read more

Super long wait here. If you?re a Doordash Employee, I?d estimate a half hour wait. Online orders were not ready when I arrived.... With eight employees working, it?s a surprise. Employees may be overwhelmed, what with customized sandwiches and drinks thatneed to be put in blenders. It?s like a subway and Starbucks in one. The staff here is top notch! I love coming here because the food is good and the staff is even better. They left the chicken off... my sandwich one day and the next time I came in she remembered me and comped my salad without hesitation! What!?!? That wasoutstanding.
