Could be good, except that we got the wrong pizza delivered. It was covered in jalapeno peppers instead of banana peppers. We... picked off and ate what we could. We paid for it, but my low rating is that I called and emailed about the error. I even sent aphoto! Was told they would get back to me and make it right. They never did. It's a month later. Like other bad reviews here,their only response was to justify the mistake: their authentic sauce is supposed to be spicy, they were short-staffed thatnight, etc. Someone made a mistake and put the wrong pepper all over the pizza. Just offer me a free one next time and allwould be good. I don't understand such poor customer service. Read more
Great spot for amazing New York style pies. The crust is excellent, perfectly foldable as you'd expect for a good NY slice, and... works well with the sauce and blend of cheeses. I went with the Muffaletta; the giardiniera they use is mild but flavorful and agreat addition to the salami and the other salty toppings that come on that pie. The guy working was super friendly and I'mlooking forward to stopping back in for some more delicious pizzas. Read more
Ordering Online for Pickup is very easy. We ordered 3 pizzas plus cheesy bread. Ham and Pineapple, Hamburger and a Veggie. Easy... to review and schedule a pickup. Everything ready when we got there and it was very tasty when we got home. This is the 2ndtime we have done an online order and would recommend Pinos pizza. Read more
